Ingredients

1 1/2 lb
tuna steaks

MARINADE:

3 Tbsp
pineapple juice
1/2 tsp
dry mustard
2 clove
garlic, minced
1 tsp
brown sugar
1 Tbsp
ginger, grated
3 Tbsp
soy sauce
2 Tbsp
dry sherry

Step-By-Step

1Combine marinade ingredients in a nonmetallic dish. Reserve 2-3 tablespoons marinade for basting.

Drain fish from marinade. Coat fish with vegetable cooking spreay. Grill over hot coals 3 minutes.

Turn. Brush wtih reserved marinade. Cook and additional 4-5 minutes.
2Add tuna. Marinate 15-20 minutes, turning once.
3Drain fish from marinade. Coat fish with vegetable cooking spray. Grill over hot coals 3 minutes.
4Turn. Brush with reserved marinade. Cook and additional 4-5 minutes.
