Ingredients

1 1/2 lb
halibut cut in 1/2 pieces
2 Tbsp
minced garlic
1/2 c
green onions
1 c
sliced mushrooms
1 c
artichoke hearts
1 c
white wine
2 Tbsp
butter
1 c
heavy cream

Step-By-Step

1In saute pan saute butter & garlic. Add mushrooms and hearts. Simmer until cooked. In a second saute pan add the Halibut in wine, & cream. Add cream mix to mushroom mix. Simmer 5 minute:
