Ingredients
- 6 halibut or tilapia fillets (about 1 1/2 lbs.)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon pepper
- 1 dash cayenne pepper
- 3/4 cup Panko bread crumbs
How To Make halibut for the halibut

Step 1Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

Step 2Place fish on rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.

Step 3Mix all remaining ingredients except bread crumbs; spoon over fish. Top with crumbs.

Step 4Bake 20 - 25 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork.
