Ingredients

  • 6 halibut or tilapia fillets (about 1 1/2 lbs.)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon pepper
  • 1 dash cayenne pepper
  • 3/4 cup Panko bread crumbs

How To Make halibut for the halibut

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  • Step 2
    Place fish on rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Step 3
    Mix all remaining ingredients except bread crumbs; spoon over fish. Top with crumbs.
  • Step 4
    Bake 20 - 25 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork.
