Ingredients

1/4 c
tuna, white solid premium in water, drained
1 Tbsp
celery ribs, diced
1 Tbsp
red onion, diced
1 Tbsp
mayonnaise, light
3/4 tsp
prepared mustard
dash(es)
oregano
salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
1 slice
whole grain bread gluten free i use rudi's
1 oz
mozzarella cheese, low-fat

Step-By-Step

1Preheat broiler.
2In small bowl combine tuna, celery, red onion, mayonnaise and mustard.
3Add seasonings and mix well.
4Toast bread and spread with tuna mixture.
5Top with cheese.
6(If desired, cut into narrow slices and weave)
7Broil until tuna is hot and cheese has melted.
