Ingredients For garlic lemon butter tilapia

  • 4
    tilapia fillets
  • 1 Tbsp
    parsley
  • 1/2 tsp
    paprika
  • 1/2 tsp
    red pepper flakes
  • 1 Tbsp
    lemon zest, grated
  • 6 Tbsp
    butter
  • 4 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1
    lemon, quartered

How To Make garlic lemon butter tilapia

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Lightly butter bottom of shallow baking dish. Add fish.

    In a small bowl, add parsley, paprika, flakes & lemon zest.

    Melt butter in small pan over medium heat. Add garlic & oil, then remove from heat.
  • 4
    Baste fish with 1/2 the butter mixture. Bake 8 minutes. Remove from oven & baste again with remaining butter mixture. Sprinkle with spice mixture. Return to oven & bake an additional 6 - 8 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

    Place fish on serving platter & squeeze lemon quarters over each fish.
