4tilapia fillets

1 Tbspparsley
-
1/2 tsppaprika
-
1/2 tspred pepper flakes
-
1 Tbsplemon zest, grated
-
6 Tbspbutter
-
4 clovegarlic, minced
-
2 Tbspolive oil, extra virgin

1lemon, quartered
How To Make garlic lemon butter tilapia

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Lightly butter bottom of shallow baking dish. Add fish.

2In a small bowl, add parsley, paprika, flakes & lemon zest.

3Melt butter in small pan over medium heat. Add garlic & oil, then remove from heat.

4Baste fish with 1/2 the butter mixture. Bake 8 minutes. Remove from oven & baste again with remaining butter mixture. Sprinkle with spice mixture. Return to oven & bake an additional 6 - 8 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

5Place fish on serving platter & squeeze lemon quarters over each fish.
