kosher salt + more for pasta

olive oil, extra virgin

Step-By-Step

1HEAT OLIVE OIL IN LARGE SKILLET OVER MEDIUM HEAT,SAUTE ONIONS,CELERY,BELL PEPPER ABOUT 10MIN. MEAN WHILE BOIL PASTA,ACCORDING TO COOKING INST ON PACKAGE.
2ADD MINCED GARLIC COOK UNTIL FRAGRANT,ADD SHRIMP COOK UNTIL JUST PINK ABOUT 5-7 MINS.ADD COOKING CREAM STIR.
3DRAIN PASTA WHEN TENDER AND STIR IN SHRIMP MIXTURE REMOVE FROM HEAT AND SERVE HOT.**NOTE DON'T OVER COOK SHRIMP.
