This was the demonstration piece at a Pampered Chef party. It's very good and pretty easy. It makes a light lunch for two or an appetizer for many (hence, I didn't put in an amount).

Ingredients For garden seafood pizza

  • 8 oz
    refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1 1/2 c
    spinach leaves, coarsely chopped
  • 1
    green onion, sliced
  • 1/2 tsp
    dill weed
  • 1/8 tsp
    pepper
  • 1 tsp
    lemon zest
  • 1/2 tsp
    lemon juice
  • 4 oz
    imitation crabmeat, chopped
  • 1/4 c
    pitted ripe olives, coarsely chopped

How To Make garden seafood pizza

    Preheat oven to 350*F
  • 2
    Unroll crescent dough; separate into triangles. Place triangles on round pizza pan in a circle, points to the middle. Roll (or push) triangle seams together and out to form a 12” circle. Bake 12 - 15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven. Cool completely.

    Combine cream cheese, 1 cup of the spinach, green onion, dill weed, pepper, ½ tsp. of the lemon zest, and lemon juice; mix well. Spread mixture over crust.

    Top pizza with remaining spinach, crabmeat, olives, and remaining ½ tsp. lemon zest. Serve!
