This was the demonstration piece at a Pampered Chef party. It's very good and pretty easy. It makes a light lunch for two or an appetizer for many (hence, I didn't put in an amount).

Ingredients For garden seafood pizza

8 ozrefrigerated crescent rolls

1 1/2 cspinach leaves, coarsely chopped

1green onion, sliced

1/2 tspdill weed

1/8 tsppepper

1 tsplemon zest

1/2 tsplemon juice
-
4 ozimitation crabmeat, chopped

1/4 cpitted ripe olives, coarsely chopped
How To Make garden seafood pizza

1Preheat oven to 350*F

2Unroll crescent dough; separate into triangles. Place triangles on round pizza pan in a circle, points to the middle. Roll (or push) triangle seams together and out to form a 12” circle. Bake 12 - 15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven. Cool completely.

3Combine cream cheese, 1 cup of the spinach, green onion, dill weed, pepper, ½ tsp. of the lemon zest, and lemon juice; mix well. Spread mixture over crust.

4Top pizza with remaining spinach, crabmeat, olives, and remaining ½ tsp. lemon zest. Serve!
