2 lb
tuna steaks
vegetable oil
5 Tbsp
butter

minced garlic cloves
3/4 c
chopped onion
1/2 c
fresh lemon juice
2 Tbsp
capers, minced

Brush tuna steaks with oil and broil or grill them until cooked through, about 5 minutes on each side.
