Stove Top

Ingredients

1 c
firmly packed ground rough fish
3 Tbsp
uncooked rice
4 Tbsp
chopped onions
1 Tbsp
chopped celery
1 large
can tomato juice (optional)
1/2 tsp
salt
1/8 tsp
pepper
several drops tabasco sauce
4 medium
peppers, cleaned

Directions Step-By-Step

Mix fish, rice, onions, celery, salt and pepper.
Pack mixture into peppers which have been cleaned and the insides removed.

Place stuffed peppers in a deep pan and pour tomato juice (optional) over all.
Add tabasco sauce.
Simmer over low heat for one hour.
