Ingredients

2 Tbsp
olive oil
2 clove
garlic minced
1/2
onion, chopped
2 stick
celery , chopped
1 Tbsp
hot pepper flakes
1 can(s)
diced tomatos,low sodium or no salt added, do not drain
1 lb
fish, sole or haddock works well

Step-By-Step

1Heat oil in large skillet
Add garlic , onion and cook until soft
Add celery, pepper flakes, and tomatoes:bring to boil
Reduce heat, simmer 10 minutes
Add fish cook another 10 minutes or until fish is cooked.
2Makes about 3 servings
