Ingredients
- 20 pounds fish fillets
- 6 pounds bacon
- 1/4 pound soda crackers, rolled
- 8 ounces pkg mortons poultry and sausage seasoning
- 2 cups powdered milk
- 2 cups water
How To Make fish sausage

Step 1Grind fish fine - twice through grinder if necessary. Grind the bacon.

Step 2Combine all ingredients. Shape into rolls. Freeze.

Step 3Slice while frozen and fry; or can be put into sausage casings and smoked.
