Ingredients

  • 20 pounds fish fillets
  • 6 pounds bacon
  • 1/4 pound soda crackers, rolled
  • 8 ounces pkg mortons poultry and sausage seasoning
  • 2 cups powdered milk
  • 2 cups water

How To Make fish sausage

  • Step 1
    Grind fish fine - twice through grinder if necessary. Grind the bacon.
  • Step 2
    Combine all ingredients. Shape into rolls. Freeze.
  • Step 3
    Slice while frozen and fry; or can be put into sausage casings and smoked.
