fish filets cut in bite-size pieces
2In medium size bowl beat egg, milk, salt and pepper together.
3In another medium size bowl, combine all dry ingredients.
4Dip nuggets into drench mix, drain and coat well in dredge.
5Carefully place few nuggets at a time into hot oil.
6Fish will float when golden brown and done. (About 2 minutes)
7Best to use electric fryer with basket.
8Drain onto paper towels, serve right now with tartar or cocktail sauce.
