Nelda's Story

We enjoy chicken marsala so much I decided to put a twist on it and make fish marsala, I just don't put cheese on it because we don't care for cheese with fish. It is really great served with pasta or baked potato and a salad.

Ingredients

2 Tbsp
butter
2 Tbsp
olive oil
4
boneless fish fillet
1 Tbsp
parsley, chopped
2 Tbsp
minced garlic
6 Tbsp
marsala wine
1 2/3 c
heavy whipping cream
salt and pepper to taste
1-(6) oz
canned shrimp and crab

Directions Step-By-Step

1
In skillet melt butter in oil over medium heat. Add fish and cook to desired doneness. Remove fish from skillet. Add garlic and cook about 30 seconds, stir in marsala wine and cook another 30 seconds. Stir in cream and parsley and cook about 3 minutes stirring occasionally. Add shrimp and crab, simmer about 3 more minutes. Serve over fish.
