This yummy recipe was in a leaflet that Tabasco put out in the early '80s.

Ingredients

4 tsp
butter
2 lb
haddock or fish of choice
1 tsp
salt
1/2 tsp
tabasco
1 Tbsp
paprika
8 oz
sour cream
1/4 c
parmesan
1/4 c
dry bread crumbs

Step-By-Step

1Place fillets in sprayed 2 qt. baking dish

2Combine salt, Tabasco, paprika, sour cream and Parmesan and spread over fillets, covering them completely.

3Top with crumbs and dot with butter.

4Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
