Easy Tuna Cakes & Sauce

Need something yummy for supper and haven't gone shopping yet? Well you just might have a can of tuna in your cabinet. Even the sauce is easy to make!

Ingredients

3/4 c
chopped celery
3/4 c
chopped onion
2 Tbsp
cream cheese
2 tsp
lemon juice
5/8 tsp
red pepper
1/3 c
bread crumbs
1 tsp
dill
1 large
can of tuna
1
egg white

SAUCE INGREDIENTS

2 Tbsp
mayonnaise
1 Tbsp
yogurt, plain
1 Tbsp
chopped onion
1 Tbsp
cucumber, diced
1 tsp
dill
1 tsp
lemon juice

Step-By-Step

1Coat skillet with cooking spray, heat over medium high heat.

2Saute celery and onion until tender.

3Place in a bowl with cream cheese and lemon juice and red pepper.

4Add breadcrumbs and dried dill, tuna and egg white.

5Divide into 8 equal portions.

6In a skillet over medium high heat, cook 4 cakes, 2 minutes on each side.

7Repeat at remaining 4 cakes.

8Combine sauce in small bowl. Serve with tuna cakes.
