Ingredients

2 can(s)
cream of shrimp soup
1/2 c
heavy cream
1
shallot diced fine
2 Tbsp
butter
3 Tbsp
sherry, or dry white wine
1 lb
lobster meat
1 can(s)
jumbo lump crabmeat (picked through for shells)
1/2 lb
shrimp-cooked & diced
1 pkg
frozen puff pastry

Directions Step-By-Step

Preheat oven to 375

Allign ramekins or small tart pans on a cookie sheet.

Saute shallots in butter until clear and fragrant.

Add sherry or white wine and reduce by half.

Add soups and simmer 5 minutes.

Remove from heat and stir in heavy cream and seafood.

Ladle seafood mixture into remekins and top with squares or circles of puff pastry.

Bake until golden and bubbly..
