Ingredients For crunchy baked tilapia
- FISH:

4tilapia fillets

1 cpanko bread crumbs
-
1 tspbasil, dried
-
1/4 tspsalt
-
1/8 tsppepper
-
1/4 cmilk, skim
-
1 Tbspolive oil, extra virgin
- SAUCE:

6 ozgreek yogurt, plain
-
1 Tbspprepared horseradish (not creamy)

1 tspdijon mustard
-
2scallion, chopped (both greens & whites)
How To Make crunchy baked tilapia

1Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Spray bottom of 13" x 9" pan with cooking spray. Cut tilapia into 4 serving pieces. Place panko in resealable food-storage plastic bag; seal bag & finely crush with rolling pin or meat mallet (or finely crush in food processor).

2In shallow bowl, mix panko, basil, salt & pepper. In another shallow bowl, place milk. Dip fish pieces into milk, then coat with panko mixture; place in pan. Drizzle oil evenly over fish.

3Bake uncovered 10 - 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.

4Meanwhile, in small bowl, mix all sauce ingredients until blended. Serve sauce with fish.
