- fish fillets of your choice (perch,cod)

- cream of celery soup
- 3/4 c
- sour cream
- 1 c
- cheddar cheese, shredded
1Thaw fish fillets, wash ,and drain them on a paper towel. Arrange fillets in a single layer in a 2 qt.shallow baking dish.
2In a saucepan, combine undiluted soup and sour cream;blend thoroughly.Add 3/4 cup cheese;heat over low flame, stirring constantly until cheese melts.
3Spread mixture over the fish.Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and bake for 45 minutes or until fish flakes.
4Sprinkle 1/4 cup remaining cheese;return to oven for 5 minutes or until cheese melts.Serve with mashed potatoes or pasta.
