In seperate sections cut 2 cups each of thin sliced red sweet & green peppers-1 cup of medium sweet red onion-one cup of pre-steamed sliced baby carrots-one cup of cherry tomatoes cut in half. One can of medium black olives. 2 lbs. of fresh crab & 4 tablespoons of organic extra virgin olive oil-1 tablespoon of cilantro seasoning-1 teaspoon accent seasoning or salt-3 crushed cloves of fresh garlic.
Use a very large skillet: Pour the olive oil into pan that has started on medium/low heat than add the peppers when they become semi tender add seasonings & garlic...toss. Add the rest of your ingredients...toss. Cook on low heat for 12 mins. Serve warm with toasted Italian cheese bread sticks...optional white white with frosted glasses if serving for adults only.
