onion, sliced and separated in rings
1Rub trout inside and outside with 1/4 cut lemon.
2Season trout inside and out with salt and pepper.
3Place onion in bottom of casserole and put trout on top of onion.
4Spread orange sections around trout.
5Squeeze orange juice and lemon juice on trout.
7Cover casserole in aluminum foil and bake at 450 for 25 to 30 minutes.
