Cheese Baked Fish Fillets (TNT)

This one is from my old recipe box. Easy and good.

pinch tips: How to Freeze Fish, Meat & Poultry




pat and dry and place in shallow buttered baking dish:
2 firm white fillets of fish (5 to 6 oz each). mix and pour over fish:
3/4 cup sour cream
1/3 cup grated parmesan or swiss cheese
2 t. fresh lemon juice
1 small onion, finely minced or grated
1/4 t. herb salt
1/2 small dried red chili pepper, seeded and crushed (optional)

Directions Step-By-Step

Sprinkle with paprika. Bake in 350 oven 15 to 20 minutes or until fish
flakes easily when tested with a fork. Do not overcook. Garnish with chopped
fresh parsley.
Serves 2
