A very healthy, tasty way to make fish. The lemon juice and seasonings really give the fish oomph!!

Ingredients For broiled tilapia fillets

  • 1/4 c
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter, softened
  • 1 Tbsp
    plus 1-1/2 tsp lite mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1/8 tsp
    dried basil
  • 1/8 tsp
    onion powder
  • 1/8 tsp
    celery salt
  • 1 lb
    tilapia fillets

How To Make broiled tilapia fillets

  • 1
    Preheat broiler. Place foil on broiler pan, spray foil w/ cooking spray.

    Arrange fillets in single layer on pan. Broil 2-3 min. Flip fillets over and broil 2 mins.

    In small bowl, mix together parmesan cheese, butter, mayonnaise, and lemon juice. Season w/ bail, onion powder, and celery salt. Mix well. Remove fillets from oven. Cover fillets evenly w/ parmesan mix, on top of fish only. Broil 2 min, or until fish flakes easily.
