- tilapia -- or fish of your choice
- 1 can(s)
- coors light
- 2 c
- corn meal
- 2 Tbsp
- tony chachere's creole seasoning
- canola oil
1Let your fish soak in beer for at least 2 hours.
2Mix your Seasoning and Corn Meal.
3Shake excess beer off and roll in batter.
4Fry fish in pr-heated oil on medium heat until crispy.
