beer, at room temperature
Place flour in mixing bowl.
Add egg yolks, salt, vegetable oil and beer. Stir together until thoroughly mixed.
Cover, and place in refrigerator for 2 hours.
Just before using, stir batter.
In a separate bowl, beat egg whites until stiff but NOT dry.
Gently fold beaten egg whites into cold batter.
Coat pieces of fish, and fry in 360 degree oil until pieces float.
