Ingredients For baked salmon w/ horseradish sauce

1 lbsalmon fillet, cut into 4 pieces

1shallot, chopped

1/4 cwhite wine
-
2 Tbspmayonnaise, fat-free

2 Tbspsour cream, fat-free

2 tsplemon juice
-
1 Tbsphorseradish, prepared (not creamy sauce)
How To Make baked salmon w/ horseradish sauce

1HORSERADISH SAUCE: In a small bowl, combine mayo, sour cream, lemon juice & horseradish; mix well. Refrigerate until ready to use. NOTE: Can be made the day ahead for flavors to marry.

2FISH: Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Spray a shallow baking dish with cooking spray.

3Place fillets, skin side down, in the pan. Sprinkle shallots over fillets; pour wine evenly over all. Bake 6 - 8 minutes or until fish is opaque.

4Transfer salmon/shallots to serving plates. Top each serving with a heaping tbsp of horseradish sauce.
