Ingredients

2 lb
fresh fish filets
"just a pinch" of salt
"just a pinch" of pepper
1/4 lb
butter
1 Tbsp
lemon juice
1/4 tsp
paprika
3 Tbsp
white wine, dry

Step-By-Step

1Salt and pepper filets.
2Put butter in shallow baking dish in hot oven 400-500 degrees, until browned.
3The browned butter gives the distinctive flavor.
4Place filets in hot butter, baste with lemon juice and white wine and return dish to oven for 10-15 minutes.
