| 1 lb | frozen fish fillets (cod, ocean perch, halibut or flounder) |
| 2 Tbsp | fine cracker crumbs |
| 1 can(s) | (14 oz.) stewed tomatoes |
| 2 Tbsp | chopped onion |
| 1/4 tsp | salt |
| 1/8 tsp | black pepper |
| 1 Tbsp | butter |
| 1/4 to 1/2 c | cheddar cheese, shredded |

Directions
Thaw fillets as directed on package.Grease a 1-qt. shallow baking dish and sprinkle with the cracker crumbs. Lay the fillets on top of crumbs.In a medium bowl, combine tomatoes, onion, salt and pepper. Pour over fillets. Dot with butter and cheese.Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for 35 minutes, until the fish "flakes" when pierced with a fork.
