DirectionsThaw fillets as directed on package.Grease a 1-qt. shallow baking dish and sprinkle with the cracker crumbs. Lay the fillets on top of crumbs.In a medium bowl, combine tomatoes, onion, salt and pepper. Pour over fillets. Dot with butter and cheese.Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for 35 minutes, until the fish "flakes" when pierced with a fork.
