Ingredients

1.5 lb
cod filets
"just a pinch" of salt
"just a pinch" of pepper
1 tsp
sage
1/2 c
swiss cheese, grated
1 c
sour cream

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2Wash and dry codfish.
3Sprinkle both sides with salt, pepper and sage.
4Place in greased shallow baking dish.
5Sprinkle cheese on top and cover with sour cream.
6Bake 25 minutes.
