Ingredients
- 4 trout fillets
- 1/2 teaspoon salt & pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon rosemary, dried
- 12 slices bacon
- 12 slices lemon
How To Make bacon wrapped trout

Step 1Preheat broiler.

Step 2Place the fish in a shallow baking pan 1" deep or a large heavy of improve skillet, then pat dry. Season fish with salt, pepper & rosemary; then wrap 3 bacon slices around each filet.

Step 3Broil the fish 5" - 7" from heat until skin & bacon are crisp, 5 minutes. Turn over gently with a spatula & broil 2 minutes more. Add lemon slices to pan an in 1 layer alongside each fish & continue to broil until the fish are just cooked through & the rest of the bacon is crisp, 2 1/2 - 3 minutes more.
