Ingredients For avocado & crab salad

1 mdred onion, chopped

1/4 clime juice
-
1 tspolive oil, extra virgin

1 tspcilantro, dried
-
1/4 csour cream, fat-free
-
1/4 cmayonnaise, fat-free
-
salt & pepper, to taste

8 ozlump crab meat
-
2avocados
- SERVE ON (OPTIONAL):

salad greens
How To Make avocado & crab salad

1In a medium bowl, combine onion, juice, oil, cilantro, sour cream, mayo, salt & pepper; stir to combine. Add crab & toss well.

2Cut avocado open, remove pit & with big spoon, spoon out avocado. Cut into large chunks & add to crab mixture. Mix carefully, DO NOT MASH THE AVOCADO. If desired, spoon back into avocado shells & eat away or lay on a bed of salad greens & enjoy!
