AN AMAZING FISH SANDWICH

Picture a Brioche, sliced and toasted lightly on the inside, add creamy dill sauce, Boston lettuce, and a slice of fried green tomato, with a generous fillet of bluefish grilled to perfection! It is so incredible, and I had this recently prepared by a local restaurant. I will need to recreate this fish sandwich for myself. Usually I prefer fried fish, but this is grilled fish instead. AMAZING!These green tomatoes are grown by my son. The fishing fleet is in at Menemsha, I'll have fresh fish!

Ingredients

1 large
individual roll, brioche preferrably
2
boston lettuce leaves
2 slice
fried green tomatoes
generous amount of mayo with dill
1
large piece of fillet of bluefish, char-grilled,or broiled

Directions Step-By-Step

Spread olive oil on the fillet,then grill the bluefish fillet, skin-side down first,depending on thickness perhaps five minutes and turn and grill until flaky but moist.

Slice the Brioche in half and spray with oil and toast lightly on the grill. Spread the mayo/dill generously on the bottom half of the roll.

Layer the Boston lettuce leaves on the bottom half of the roll, then place the bluefish on it, and top it with the fried green tomatoe slices and the top half of the roll. Cut in half and serve!
