- fresh fish filets
- 1/2 c
- pineapple juice
- 1/4 c
- steak sauce
- 1 tsp
1Place fish in single layer in shallow baking fish.
2Combine remaining ingredients and pour over fish.
3Let stand 30 minutes, turn once.
4Remove fish, reserving sauce for basting.
5Place fish on non stick spray covered broiler pan.
6Broil about 4 minutes, brushing with sauce.
7Turn carefully and brush with sauce.
8Broil until fish flakes when tested with fork.
9Garnish with lime wedges or pineapple if desired.
