i've been eating healthier so only seafood, turkey, and chicken since March 2013. Once a month i may eat beef or pork but really have had a hard time digesting it anymore. i created this wonderful fish dish and i'm proud to share it! Hope you enjoy it as much as my son and I did!!!!

Ingredients For a chilean bass taste of ingrid

  • 2 md
    chilean sea bass filets
  • 1 c
    tequila lime marinade
  • 1/2 c
    fresh chopped cilantro
  • 1 c
    chopped green onions (aka scallions)
  • 1 tsp
    ground pepper
  • 1 Tbsp
    lemon-pepper seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp
    paprika
  • 2 Tbsp
    fresh lime juice
  • few dash
    worchestershire sause
  • few dash
    kosher salt
  • 1/2 c
    minced garlic
  • few dash
    extra virgin olive oil

How To Make a chilean bass taste of ingrid

    Take your 2 chilean sea bass filets and place them in a dish. Put all your ingredients except the green onions, garlic and cilantro on the filets and let marinade for 30 minutes.

    Then add the garlic, green onions and cilantro on top of the 2 filets. Spray a tin foil pan or baking dish with olive oil non stick spray. Place the 2 filets into the pan/dish and pour a little of the extra virgin olive oil over each filet.

    Cover the pan with foil paper and let bake for 1 hour and 45 minutes at an oven heat of 350 degrees. Once done, serve with veggies and if you desire a starch, then serve with some rice, orzo or pasta. Enjoy!
