Zesty Garlic Chicken Pasta and Peppers

I wanted to jazzy up my plain Pasta Roni Meal and my fiancé loved it! You can add mushrooms or any veggies you like to the dish, its still good! Good as a main dish or a side.

2 pkg
john soule's italian style chicken strips
2/3 c
onions, chopped
1/3 c
bell peppers mix (green, red, and yellow)
1/2 c
italian salad dressing
1 box
garlic & olive oil vermicelli pasta roni
garlic pepper


1Cut the grilled chicken stripes into small pieces and warm in a skillet over medium heat. Season to taste with garlic pepper. Remove from skillet and place in bowl to the side.
2Sautee the onions and peppers over medium heat until tender and season to taste with garlic pepper. Add chicken back to skillet and add Italian dressing. Reduce to low and simmer.
3Prepare Pasta Roni according to instructions on box and once done add it to the chicken and peppers mixture. Stir to combine ingredients and ENJOY!
