zee's honey chicken with mushrooms and cheese
This is my rendition of a Chicken dish I ate at Outback. I love that dish and decided to try and make it. It is as close as I can come to the dish and my family loves this dish when I make it. I have been making this dish for over 20 years. I hope you like it.

Ingredients For zee's honey chicken with mushrooms and cheese

6 lgchicken breast

1 Tbspbasil, dried

1 Tbspzelda's seasoning mixture

1/2 lbfresh mushrooms, sliced

3 Tbspwhite wine
-
1/2 choney
-
1/3 clemon juice
-
1/4 csoy sauce
-
2 cshredded cheese,

1 bunchgreen onion, chopped
How To Make zee's honey chicken with mushrooms and cheese

1Combine Seasonings, soy sauce, lemon juice, White Wine, and honey ,Lay the chicken in a glass baking dish. I have found over the years that glass is much easier to clean. Baste each piece with the liquid mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Now turn chicken over and baste again. Return to oven and bake another 35 minutes or till chicken is done. Your time may be more or less depending on your oven. Now add cheese and place in oven until cheese is melted. Let sit a couple of minutes and then add green onion.
