This is seriously the BEST baked chicken I have ever had! I am a busy Mom of 3 adorable boys..and married to one hard working hungry husband. So when I can find the time to make a EASY cheap GREAT tasting meal I'm all for it. And this is one of those "YUMMY" meals! Hope ya'll Enjoy!

This recipe first caught my attention because I have 3 growing boys and a hungry husband too. Working full time, I'm always looking for simple quick recipes. This has very few ingredients but is very flavorful! My family loves it!

I use chicken breast tenderloins, but any cut of chicken would work with this.

 

Directions

In a medium bowl, mix together ranch dressing mix, parmesan cheese and corn flakes. Dip chicken in butter, then in mixture. Place is greased pan and bake 40-50 min! Enjoy!

I have made this many, many times. It is deee-licious! The aroma from the baking chicken sets everyone's mouth to watering. (I do crush the cornflakes before mixing with the cheese and dressing mix.)

Also, would this be good if the chicken were dipped in beaten egg or maybe Pet milk instead of butter? (just to save on the fat grams)

Yes, I did bake mine the full 50 minutes @ 375. It was simply AMAZING!!!!! I couldn't believe how tender it turned out.

I have the chicken in the oven at 350, hoping it is the average temp for such dishes. But please revise your recipe with the correct oven temperature.
