got this recipe off the internet, i added the mushrooms because i love mushrooms...very nice taste!

put chicken in pan, add beer, juice, soy sauce, simmer till almost gone (i used boneless skinless breasts cut into pieces)

add mushrooms and pineapple, cook till soft, serve over rice
