2/3 cwild rice, uncooked

4celery stalks, sliced

1 mdgreen bell pepper, diced

1 cwater

2 tspchicken bouillon granules

2chicken breasts

How To Make wild rice baked chicken

1In bowl, thoroughly wash wild rice, drain in strainer.

2In buttered 2 quart casserole or baking dish mix wild rice, celery, green peppers, water, bullion, and salt.

3Skin and half chicken breasts and place on top of rice mixture; brush with soy sauce.

4Cover dish, bake in 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours or until wild rice is tender.
