White Chicken Chili

This is a great alternative to regular "red" chili in the fall and winter. It is great to warm you up on those cooler evenings. Great served with tortilla chips!

Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients

2-3 large
chicken breasts
1 can(s)
chicken broth
1 can(s)
corn-drained
2 can(s)
great northern beans - not drained
1 can(s)
fire roasted green chiles
2 Tbsp
italian salad dressing
1 pinch
red pepper flakes (more or less for heat)
1 Tbsp
cumin
1/2 c
chopped onion
1 c
shredded mexican blend cheese

Directions Step-By-Step

Mix all ingredients except cheese in slow cooker and cook on high for about 6 hrs. Stir in cheese about 30 minutes before serving.
