tuna pasta salad brandy's way

This is creamy goodness all by itself and crackers,I have taken it to many social gatherigs and bring home an empty bowl. You can adapt to make your very own,I have made it several different ways. Also good with rotisserie chicken or leftover meats.

Ingredients For tuna pasta salad brandy's way

  • 1
    envelope ranch dressing
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 1 c
    mayo ( hellmans)
  • 1 can
    tuna fish drained ( can add another can if you like)
  • 2
    hard boiled eggs chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
    pickle relish, sweet
  • 1 c
    cheddar cheese ( cubed or shredded)
  • 1/2 to 1 c
    sweet peas ( frozen and blanched)
  • 1 lb
    pasta of choice ( i use davinci ditalini salad pasta)
  • salt and pepper
  • 3
    green onions ( chopped)

How To Make tuna pasta salad brandy's way

    1 Mix Ranch Dressing, mayo,tuna and sour cream together and put in frig to set awhile the longer it sets the better. 2: Boil pasta and drain to cool awhile. 3:Chop eggs and green onions ( save tops for garnish) 4: Place pasta in a large bowl and add everything together. Chill overnight or several hours...enjoy
