Tortellini Pesto Soup

- large carton, chicken broth (48 oz.)
- container buitoni pesto
- package, tortellini, buitoni (i like the chicken)
- bag baby spinach
- parmesan cheese to taste
1Heat chicken broth. When broth is hot, add pesto & stir. Bring to boil. Add tortellini until just cooked (don't overcook.) Turn off heat. Tear spinach up into large chunks and stir well until it's wilted and heated through. Top with parm & serve. YUM!!!!
