Ingredients For tequila-lime chicken

4chicken breast halves, skinless & boneless
- MARINADE:

1 clime juice
-
1 ctequila
- MEXI-RANCH DRESSING:
-
1/4 csalsa, heat of your choice
-
3/4 cranch dressing
- THE REST....

1 pkgtortilla chips
-
1 cpepper jack cheese, shredded
-
white rice, cooked & hot
How To Make tequila-lime chicken

1MARINATE: Pour lime juice & tequila into a sealable plastic bag. Place chicken in bag & chill. Marinate chicken overnight, very important.

2DRESSING: Mix salsa & dressing together. Refrigerate until ready to use.

3Remove chicken from marinade & grill over medium heat 10 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.

4Set oven to broil.

5ASSEMBLY: Scatter tortilla chips on an oven-safe plate. Place chicken on top of tortilla chips. Pour Mexi-ranch dressing over chicken. Cover with the shredded cheese. Place chicken under the broiler until cheese is melted. Be careful, it will will be hot!

6Serve over rice.
