Ingredients For tender baked chicken

1 chicken (2 1-2 to 3 1/2 pounds) cut into pieces.1/2 cup hellmann's or best foods real light mayonnaise. 1 1/4 cup italian seasoned bread crumbs.
How To Make tender baked chicken

1Brush chicken on all sides with mayonnaise.

2Place bread crumbs in large plastic food storage bag.Add chicken 1 piece at a time;shake to coat well. Arrange on rack in broiler pan.

3Bake in 425 degrees oven about 40 minutes or until golden brown and tender. Makes 4 servings
