Ingredients

5
chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless cut into small bite sized pieces

SAUCE

1 c
chicken broth
1 c
ketcup
1 c
white vinegar
2 c
sugar
4 Tbsp
soy sauce
3 Tbsp
cornstarch

Step-By-Step

1Cook chicken in a little oil and butter until lightly browned. Put into a 9 x 13 inch baking pan that has been sprayed with Pam.
2Combine the sugar and cornstarch in a saucepan. Add the chicken broth, ketsup, vinegar and soy sauce. Cook, stirring until thickened. Pour over chicken pieces. Cover with foil
3Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 15 minutes. Serve over hot rice. Enjoy...we sure do!!
