- chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
- 1 pkg
- dry onion soup mix
- 1 jar(s)
- (12-oz) apricot preserves
- 1 bottle
- (8-oz) russian salad dressing
1Spray a 9x9 shallow baking dish. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Arrange chicken in baking dish.
2In a bowl mix remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.
3Bake at 350 degree oven for 1-1/2 hours.
