Super Simple Fried Chicken
|chicken pieces (leg, thighs, your choice)|
|all purpose white flour|
|salt and pepper|

GREASY SOGGY CHICKEN, TURNING THE
CHICKEN TO OFTEN WILL CAUS THE SKIN
TO FALL OFF.

Directionspour oil into frying pan, about a quarter up from the bottom, start heating the oil on medium high heat.put flour in a flat plate or pie tin, making sure you have enough to coat the chicken.take a cleaned chicken piece and roll it around in the flour until well coated, shake off any extra flour from the piece, place chicken piece into the heated fry pan, repeat until you have all the pieces in the pan,salt and pepper, let fry for a while then turn,repeat, about 30-35 minutes no longer pink and golden brown.
