Ingredients

1 pkg
chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
1 pkg
cream cheese, room temperature
1 bunch
fresh pre washed spinach
2
plum tomatoes (red) sliced
3 Tbsp
cavender's greek seasoning (yellow label)
1 stalk(s)
green onions ( washed and chopped)
3 Tbsp
dried celery flakes ( kroger brand)

Directions Step-By-Step

Pre wash the chicken
Split tops of chicken. Being careful not to cut all the way through. Season the breast with 2 tablespoons of Greek season.
Take your fingers and make the splits open wide. This is your pocket for your stuffing.

In a bowl, mix cream cheese, flakes, onion, spinach, tomatoes and 1 tablespoon of Greek Seasoning. Set aside.
Pre heat oven for 350 degrees.

Place season chicken in a skillet. Put stuffing mix inside of each pocket.
Bake on 350 degrees for 45 mins.
