My new favorite easy dinner came from the back of the StoveTop Stuffing canister. I'm doing this from memory: Freezes well after it's baked.

Ingredients

2
chicken breast, cubed, raw **or**
2
pork chops, boneless, cubed, raw
1 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup (or any cream soup will work)
1/2 c
milk
1 c
cheese, shredded (any kind you like)
1 can(s)
green beans, juice drained **or**
1 c
chopped frozen broccoli
2 c
prepared stuffing mix **or**
crushed crackers

Directions Step-By-Step

1
Mix all ingredients together **except for the stuffing or cracker crumbs** and put in a 9x13 casserole dish.
2
Top with 2 cups of stuffing prepared as on cannister (with a bit of water ). You could also used left over dressing/stuffing from the holidays.

I have used crushed Cheese Nips instead of the stuffing. Ritz or any crushed crackers would do.
3
Bake 30-45 minutes or until bubbly.

This is super easy and everyone loves it. Very flexible to change up the meat, soup, cheese and even the topping.
