This was one of the first recipes I made for my husband when we got married. I'm pretty sure it made him love me more. Haha.

Ingredients For spinach and gouda stuffed chicken breasts

4chicken breasts, boneless and skinless

1/2 cgouda cheese, shredded
-
1/4 tspnutmeg
-
1 (10oz) pkgspinach, stems removed

1/2 tspsalt
-
1/4 tsppepper
-
1/4 cbutter, melted (sub. with a sprinkling of olive oil)

a pinchpaprika (optional)
How To Make spinach and gouda stuffed chicken breasts

1Cut a fist-sized pocket in the chicken breasts.

2Mix together Gouda, nutmeg, spinach and salt. Stuff evenly into chicken breasts.

3Place in a greased 9x13" glass pan. Sprinkle pepper on top of chicken. Spoon butter evenly on top of chicken. Top with paprika (optional). Place in oven for 45 minutes.
